Igor Karash

This picture book, “Sir Drakon”, is loosely based on the play “The Dragon” written by the Soviet children’s book author and playwright Eugene Schwartz (1896 -1958).

This visual story follows a devious secret agent nicknamed “C.A.T.” who serves many rulers. C.AT. answers to the two-headed “Sir Drakon,” a democratically elected head of the city and its Headless National Council of Justice.
